Honey Balsamic Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

  • Carrots (roughly 1 pound)

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1 tbsp cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 1/4 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 tsp garlic (minced)

  • 1/4 cup Nonna D’s Olive Pit Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:

  • Place the carrots in a large pan and add 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring the carrots to a simmer

  • Cook for 8-10 minutes or until carrots are tender. Drain off any excess water.

  • In a separate sauce pan, add butter, brown sugar, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt and garlic. Heat on medium until combined and glaze has slightly thickened.

  • Once both glaze and carrots are finished cooking, combine together and serve. Enjoy!
