Honey Balsamic Glazed Carrots
Ingredients:
Carrots (roughly 1 pound)
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp garlic (minced)
1/4 cup Nonna D’s Olive Pit Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
Place the carrots in a large pan and add 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring the carrots to a simmer
Cook for 8-10 minutes or until carrots are tender. Drain off any excess water.
In a separate sauce pan, add butter, brown sugar, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt and garlic. Heat on medium until combined and glaze has slightly thickened.
Once both glaze and carrots are finished cooking, combine together and serve. Enjoy!
